The Reindeer Route HealthMate Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Austin Air Systems Limited, 500 Elk Street, Buffalo, NY 14210 ("Sponsor"). By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final on all matters relating to the Giveaway.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are excluded) who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, if older) at the time of entry.
Children may help add their town to the Reindeer Route map, but the entry must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian who meets these requirements. Entries submitted by anyone under 18 are void.
Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, and its advertising and promotion agencies, and the members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and households, are not eligible. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
3. Entry period and how to enter
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on October 22, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on December 13, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.
To enter: visit austinairsystems.com/pages/reindeer-route during the Entry Period and complete the sign-up form to add your town to the Reindeer Route map, including a valid email address. Each completed sign-up received during the Entry Period is one entry.
Limit: one (1) entry per email address for the whole Entry Period. Additional entries using the same email address will be disqualified. Sharing the Reindeer Route with friends and family does not earn additional entries, but each person they invite who signs up and is eligible receives their own entry.
Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind. Only your town is displayed on the map; Sponsor does not publish street addresses.
4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) Austin Air HealthMate air purifier in Sandstone, shipped free of charge to an address in the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia. Approximate retail value (ARV): $845. Total ARV of all prizes: $845.
The prize is awarded "as is" and carries the manufacturer's standard warranty. No cash alternative, substitution, or transfer of the prize is permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Any federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner will be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9, and Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 for the prize's ARV.
5. Winner selection, notification, and delivery
On December 14, 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided at entry and must reply within 48 hours of notification with a shipping address and any required documents (such as a W-9 and, where lawful, a declaration of eligibility). If the potential winner does not respond in time, is found ineligible, or the notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
Sponsor will ship the prize by expedited delivery within two (2) business days of receiving the winner's confirmed information, targeting shipment by December 18, 2026 for delivery before December 25, 2026. Sponsor is not responsible for carrier delays, and delivery by a specific date is not guaranteed.
6. General conditions
Privacy and email. Information collected at entry is used to administer the Giveaway and the Reindeer Route, and as described in Sponsor's privacy policy at austinairsystems.com. By entering, you agree that Sponsor may email you about the Reindeer Route, the Giveaway, and Austin Air offers, including early notice of the Breathe Better Blitz. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email; unsubscribing does not cancel your entry.
Publicity. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial, and city and state for publicity purposes without further compensation.
Sponsor's rights. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway and award the prize in a random drawing from eligible entries received before the action.
Release and limitation of liability. By entering, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or from acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.
Disputes and governing law. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from the Giveaway will be resolved individually, without class action, in the state or federal courts located in Erie County, New York.
Winner's name and Official Rules. For the winner's name (available after December 31, 2026) or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Reindeer Route HealthMate Giveaway, Austin Air Systems Limited, 500 Elk Street, Buffalo, NY 14210, to be received by January 31, 2027.
