We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your Austin Air purifier, contact returns@austinair.com within 30 days of purchase for return instructions.

5-Year Mechanical Warranty

Your Austin Air purifier is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 5 years from the date of purchase, under normal residential use.

If a malfunction occurs due to a defect covered under this warranty, Austin Air will, at its discretion, repair or replace the unit and return it to you.

• A return authorization (RA) number is required before sending your unit back.
  
• The purifier must be sent insured, securely packaged, and accompanied by the original bill of sale.
  
• This warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser and is not transferable.
  
• The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, abuse, tampering, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
  
• Liability is limited to repair or replacement of the defective purifier. Austin Air is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.

5-Year Pro-Rated Filter Warranty

Austin Air filters are designed to last up to 5 years under normal residential use. To make replacement more affordable, we provide a pro-rated warranty:

• Up to 2 years of use: 40% off retail price, plus shipping
  
• 2 to 3 years of use: 30% off retail price, plus shipping
  
• 3 to 4 years of use: 20% off retail price, plus shipping
  
• 4 to 5 years of use: 10% off retail price, plus shipping
